The band is Iglu & Hartly and the song is "In This City". It is a basic pop song but I can't stop listening to it.Watch it here.
This is their second single from their debut album. Their first song is a pile of steaming garbage. The band formed at the University of Colorado where they soon dropped out and went back to California. Their web site is weird and from their self written bios they were drunk or high when they were trying to describe their musical direction.
