PK hates the Spurs. He would like to see nothing less than a Lakers sweep. He says there is no good reason to root for the Spurs. The team is boring, Ginobili is a flopper, and Tim Duncan makes that face every time he is called for a foul. PK says that Ginobili has a doctorate in flopping and is fluent in flopping in multiple languages.
They took phone calls about who listeners hate more the Spurs or the Lakers. Some called and said that they hope a team from the East wins because they can’t root for Duncan or Kobe
It what will probably be remembered as the “Debbie Call” … DJ told a female caller that she didn’t sound like a “Debbie”. DJ (and at one point PK) thought he called a guy “Debbie” . It Quickly became clear that DJ accuses a woman of sounding like a guy. PK started laughing and may have pulled an abdominal muscle.
Bronco Mendenhall is going to be on an ESPN chat today and DJ and PK talked about how Bronco is loosening up to be able to communicate with the generation his is trying to recruit.
